• Activity logs and system interactions

Please note that certain information may be retained if required by law, such as financial records that must be kept for tax purposes, or information related to active legal proceedings.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

2. Contact Form: Complete ourcontact form and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject
3. Mail: Send a written request to our registered office address

Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, and any other relevant information to help us identify your data in our systems.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and ensure the security of your data, we will verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This may require additional information from you.

Timeframe for Deletion

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Exceptions and Limitations

In some cases, we may be legally required to retain certain information despite your deletion request:

• Information related to unresolved disputes or legal claims
• Data necessary to detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents or fraud
